Normally, your order will leave our warehouse within 7-14 days of placing the order. Between November 15 and December31, please allow us up to 21 days.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the
freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be
sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed
damage after the driver have left, keep all the packing and call
the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a
claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship
but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the
freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under
initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty.
Shipping Methods
For orders weighing less than 150 lbs, we use UPS ground or USPS. Remember UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box - you must have a physical address.
Large shipments of at least 250 lbs. will normally be shipped via common carrier.

Please note: After initial inspection, if you are not happy with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 10 days for exchange or credit. Refund will be made for PURCHASE PRICE ONLY.(excluding all shipping charges) You must contact Dynamic Sales customer service for a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization.
Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the products for warranty copy.
Some products come with one year, five year, ten year or
lifetime warranties.
